Otto the Octopus is a tile laying game for 1 to 4 players Players take it in turn to score points by extending and completing Otto's arms, whilst also laying other sea creature tiles for various bonuses and effects.

. This was an entry in the 2016 Children's Game PnP Contest and Otto did very well:
