Description from the designer:

Christmas Town is an expansion to the acclaimed Nightmare Before Christmas Trading Card Game. Christmas Town includes a plethora of new characters such as Santa, the Elves, and that pie-baking wonder, Mrs. Claus. There are even new Christmas Town locales that allow players to "cross the line" between Holiday Towns.
