Promocard #17 for Aventuria card game. It was available in the "Drachling" Box.

It reads:

Benenne einen Gegner. Für jede Ausdauerkarte, die er ausspielt, verliert er einen Lebenspunkt. Statt eines Nahkampf-Angriffs darf der Gegner in seinem Zug eine Nahkampf-Probe ablegen, um diese Karte abzulegen. Im Abenteuer: Benenne einen Schergen, Für jede 11-20 die er bei einer Aktion würfelt, verliert er einen Lebenspunkt.

Roughly translated: Name an opponent. For each endurance-card the oppontent plays, he looses a lifepoint. Instead of making a melee-attack, the opponent may choose to make a melee-test to discard this card. Adventure: Name an enemy. For each 11-20 rolling on an action, he looses one lifepoint.
