During the set up, set Cohen Junior near the Domination token. During the Domination token distribution, the 4th player who destroyed the most cards takes Cohen Junior and deploy him in his Army for the next round, even if Cohen Junior is already in the Army of another player. When Cohen Junior is destroyed, the card is not kept by the player who destroyed him. The card is set again near the Domination tokens. When Cohen Junior is alone in the Army of a player, you don’t earn a Kharnage token when you destroy him.

Interaction between Cohen and Cthulhu: Cohen is given to the 4th player and the 5th player draws the first card of the Horror pile. You must be 5 players to play with Cohen Junior and Cthulhu expansions.
