DAY OF THE RANGERS is an Ambush Alley scenario pack and rule expansion focused on US military actions leading up to and including Operation Gothic Serpent – a tumultuous period that culminated in the violent and dramatic events depicted in Mark Bowden’s award winning book, BLACK HAWK DOWN.

DAY OF THE RANGERS contains ten scenarios, ranging from historical to cinematic in nature. It also includes ORBATS for US forces, stats for the MH60 Black Hawk and AH6 Little Bird, and new rules that cover such topics as:

Insurgent Forces on Drugs Mixed mobs: Civilians & Combatant units Hostile Civilians Stealthy Units Suppressed Weapons Danger Close Fire Combat Stress Positive Leaders Helicopter Ops – Including Fast Rope Insertions and Gun Runs
