Scarlet Witch Control Chaos Magic at the hands of the Scarlet Witch. What she lacks in card burning and skips she makes up with controlling what cards people play. Use her bast array of Reverse Cards to control the direction of the game. You might want to hold onto some reverses to recover burned cards.
