Historical cars, kept in pristine condition by teams of dedicated mechanics, give The Royal Limited its extravagant appearance. Only the most skilled engineers can drive these aging engines.

The Vintage Engines expansion features 5 new Engine cards, each requiring the train to include a specific color, number, or sequence. One of these is added randomly to the game at setup. If the Engine’s goal is not met at the end of the game, the player must add 2 points to their score, making it difficult to secure victory.
