D100 Dungeon Book 8: The Forgotten Tome Of Curious Rules adds the following new rules to your D100 Dungeon games:

BUTCHERY – Become skilled at looting the monster parts you would like from table P.

DUAL WIELD – Learn to fight with with two weapons.

WEAPON PROFICIENCY – Become better with the weapons you use in combat.

CHEATING DEATH – Seek out the favour of the gods to resurrect your adventurer when they die.

SECRET PASSAGEWAYS – Secret passages are no longer automatically added, and you have to find them first.

PURSUIT - Chase after those escaping monsters.

MORE MONSTERS – Add new monsters to encounter tables for results below 1 and above 100.

PROPERTY INCREASE – Property prices have risen from those found in Book 4.

NEW RACES – Create a Gnome, Dragon Scar, Half Orc, or a Wood Elf.

SUMMON SPELL CLARIFICATION – A detailed look at how to use the Summon Spell.

SPELL MANA – Switch to using Mana for your magic users.

MAGIC POWER – Suffer Spell Burn damage when failing your spell and scroll tests.

AMMUNITION – Certain ranged weapons have ammunition to use.

THROWN WEAPONS – Details for how to use thrown weapons.

SPECIAL RANGED ATTACKS – Shoot at escaping monsters, and extra rules to take aim.

TREASURED ITEMS – Finer, Greater, Superior, and Exceptional items gain in value.

PARTY PLAY IN THE WORLD BUILDER – Explore the World Builder in a party.

PROPERTY IN THE WORLD BUILDER – Buying property in the World Builder expansion.

DEATH IN THE WORLD BUILDER – Continue building your world after an adventurer dies.

HERBS IN THE WORLD BUILDER – Collect herbs to create some fascinating items.

MINING IN THE WORLD BUILDER – Artisans can mine for their materials.

SKINNING IN THE WORLD BUILDER – Artisans can find materials in the food they hunt.

REINFORCED BELTS – Modify waist items to increase its armour and protection from belt checks.

SPIKED SHIELDS – Add spikes to your shields to deal more damage in combat.

EPIC DUNGEONS – Play dungeons with more powerful monsters, and find epic weapons.

UNIDENTIFIED MAGIC & CURSED ITEMS – Brews, potions, elixirs, and legendary items are found unidentified and could be cursed.

YELLOW EVENTS – In yellow areas the adventurer may have a random event.

EXTRA QUEST TABLE – Play new quests on table QE; with rewards that enhance your items.

HARD MODE & EASY MODE– Play D100 Dungeon with less or more experience rewards.

MAPPING COMPLEX – Replace table M with MC and map some interesting looking dungeons.

MOVEMENT RULES – Rules to move the adventurer using squares, rather than area to area.

HEROIC ITEMS – Adds a new legends table (LA) and some Heroic Items you may find.

ACCOLADES – The adventurer through personal advancement can gain some perks.

MONSTERS AREN’T ALWAYS WHAT THEY SEEM – Monsters are given a personality and the adventurer can earn honour points to spend re-rolling the dice.
