Broken Vaults is an expansion for This Is Not a Test, a 28mm wargame set in a post-apocalyptic United States, where warbands fight for survival, power, and greed. This expansion rulebook features:

Explore Beneath the Wastes – For the first time, this supplement explores the ruins of the wasteland’s shelters, vaults, and bunkers, featuring new rules and fiction tied to this unique environment. Now you can learn how to set up underground bunkers for your warbands to fight over. The Last Americans thought they were safe, but their faith in steel and reinforced concrete failed them, maybe you can do better.

Four Brand New Scenarios – In Give Me Shelter your warband must race to the safety of a vault before a calamitous storm hits and they plunge through the cold and dark depths of a flooded vault in Dark Waters. In Property Rights you warband must fight for possession of a newly discovered vault, ripe for the picking, and finally in Rats in the Walls, there are rats. Lots of rats. Including rats that make other rats. Rats!

It’s All Your Vault – A new six scenario campaign that will have warbands run a gauntlet of scenarios where they are stuck underground and cannot resupply or replenish their losses. This campaign features new exploration tables for finding relics and a Wasteland Deck unique to underground encounters.

Unique Vault Hazards – What happens to your hapless warbands when the lights go out, their section of the vault floods, the roof over their heads collapses, or they encounter strange glowing mushrooms in the deep dark?

New Creatures – Can your warband stand strong against the bizarre and physics defying eye tyrant? How about blinder bats, stalkshrooms, and something called the Ewwze!? Lots of new creatures to kill and be killed by.
