The Manhattan Project: Energy Empire - Missile Crisis is a promotional card for The Manhattan Project: Energy Empire, originally unlocked as a stretch reward for backers of the Kickstarter project. It was later available in a pack of promos for backing Game Boy Geek 2017 Kickstarter campaign
The card reads:
No environmental row is scored; instead, each player immediately scores 1 VP per space their United Nations marker has moved. Then, all three structure markets are refreshed.
Until the next Global Impact card is triggered, players may not advance further on the United Nations track.
