TABLE TOWN is built with the community. Here's how you can help keep the platform's data accurate and complete.

Correcting game information

Spotted a wrong game name, release year, player count, or publisher info? Go to the game's detail page and use "Suggest an edit." You can fix basic factual errors, add or correct the Vietnamese name or translation, or add/correct mechanics and complexity rating.

Auto-accepted: small, clear-cut edits (typos, figures with a supporting source) from accounts with a good contribution history. Reviewed: larger changes to descriptions, contested information, or edits from new accounts — the moderation team reviews these within a few days.

Submitting a score-sheet template

If you've designed your own score sheet for a game (especially one without an official template), you can submit it for the community to use. It needs to match the original rules — we check it before publishing.

Flagging incorrect café listings

Many venues on TABLE TOWN were initially populated from the café's public Facebook page, so hours or addresses can go stale. If you spot something wrong:

• Use the "Report incorrect info" button on the venue page.
• If you're the owner, the best path is to request to claim the venue so you can update it directly.

Contributor credit

Contributors are shown (based on your public/anonymous preference) in the edit history of a game or venue page. Regular, quality contributions are one of the criteria considered for becoming a community moderator.

What we don't accept

• Descriptions or images copied verbatim from a copyrighted source you don't have rights to use.
• Unverifiable information or disguised advertising.
