Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using TABLE TOWN, you agree to the terms below.

2. Account eligibility

• You must provide a valid email and set a password, or sign in via OAuth.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• One account per person. Fake or impersonating accounts will be suspended.

3. Acceptable use

When posting on the forum, writing reviews, creating game lists, or uploading photos, you agree not to:

• Post content that violates Vietnamese law, including content prohibited under Decree 72/2013/ND-CP (as amended by Decrees 27/2018 and 150/2018) — e.g. content inciting violence, hatred, obscenity, or seriously misleading false information.
• Post spam, unauthorized advertising, or fake reviews (including review-bombing or fabricated play logs).
• Infringe on others' intellectual property.
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other members.

4. Café-owner claim process

• Owners/managers of a board game café or store may request to claim a venue already listed on TABLE TOWN (including venues initially populated from a public Facebook page).
• TABLE TOWN may require reasonable proof (business license, control of the venue's social media page, etc.) before approving a claim.
• Once claimed, the owner is responsible for the accuracy of the venue's listed information (address, hours, photos, events) and may not post fake events or reviews for their own venue.
• TABLE TOWN may revoke claim status if it finds misrepresented information or abuse.

5. Content ownership

• Content you submit (reviews, forum posts, game lists, score-sheet templates) remains yours. You grant TABLE TOWN a non-exclusive license to display, store, and distribute that content on the platform.
• Game metadata (names, publisher info, specifications) compiled by TABLE TOWN belongs to TABLE TOWN, even where some source information originates from public sources or community contributions.

6. Moderation and removal

TABLE TOWN may remove content, suspend accounts, or deny access to users who violate these terms, with or without prior notice, depending on the severity of the violation.

7. Limitation of liability

TABLE TOWN provides information (including game data and venue information) on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of all information, particularly content contributed by users or third-party sources (such as public Facebook pages). TABLE TOWN is not liable for damages arising from reliance on information on the platform.

8. Account termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. TABLE TOWN may terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations of these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
