Overview
Classic Swedish children's game about robbers and police. One player is the police and gets (no. of players +1) police pieces and the radio car, while the others get a robber piece each. Robbers try to rob banks and post offices, occasionally stashing their money in hideouts where it's safe for the time being, and finally 'escaping the country' (=exiting the board) by rail, plane or ship, while the police naturally tries to catch them. Caught robbers get a 'jail sentence' of d6 turns, but may also try to escape each turn on a roll of 6; four arrests will eliminate the robber from the game, though.
In a rather morally questionable fashion, the police always gets a 'bonus' from whatever money a caught robber happens to be carrying, and the winner is the player with most money in the end - whether robber or police!
Contains:
1 board 6 police men 1 police car 5 thieves 1 six-sided die Money bills: 15 10,000,- 20 5,000,- 25 1,000,-
There is also a children game from the same theme:
Lilla tjuv & polis
