Overview

High Arbiter Alastor is the Arbiter of Demons, the Dark Master of the War. There are many names for someone who has forgotten his own. As a high power under the direct command of the High Archon, Alastor has been unleashed upon the world to destroy the pillars than sustain it.

ARBITER ALASTOR Arbiter Orders Orders per Turn: 3 Influence Zone: 12 inches. Limitation: Alastor’s Arbiter Orders do not affect Characters of equal or greater level, other Arbiters, or Summoned creatures. o - Motum (Special, Effect) Move one friendly unit within Alastor's Influence Zone 2 inches. This does not count as a Movement. Motum may not be used more than once on the same Character in a Turn. oo - Terminus (Special, Attack) A friendly Unit within Alastor's Influence Zone makes a free hand-to-hand Attack with +3 Attack / +3 Damage. The character who makes this attack is removed from play after it is resolved. oo - Opugnis (Special Attack) A friendly Unit within Alastor's Influence Zone makes a free hand-to-hand Attack.
