This is a fan created expansion for the card game Dominion. This print and play expansion contains 23 new kingdom cards, 13 actions (2 of which are durations), 4 treasures, 2 action/reactions, 1 treasure/reaction, 2 victories, and one strange but cool action/reaction/attack/victory card.
You need Dominion to play. You can get Dominion from your friendly local gaming store. It's well worth it.
The Scrolls of Power is designed to play alongside the designer's first print and play fan expansion for Dominion, The Books of Magic.
