Sample Codex cards from the Red Faction
Some of my favourite cards so far.
Codex logo, cover image.
Even though these two games are over 30 years apart (Codex and Titan), it seems that the Centaur is simply destined to have 3/4 stats. :D (Also, every creature in Titan basically has "Overpower" as long as the strike number is the same or lower.)
Recording some Codex with the Yomi Los Angeles crew so I can potentially make match commentary videos!
Close-up of the retail Codex binders from the Sirlin Games booth at GenCon 2016!
Babies love Codex. My daughter is fascinated by General Onimaru.
A mod I made for the Patrol Zone. I wanted to show how the Squad Leader actually leads and takes the hits first. Also it looks like one of those strategic shapes (see corner of image)
Codex original artwork for Crashbarrow, a yet-to-be-revealed Blood Tech II unit! From Sirlin's "Codex Design" articles.
Trying the PnP version. Troq won both games!

Overview

Codex: Card-Time Strategy is a customizable, non-collectible card game set in the Fantasy Strike universe that's inspired by real-time strategy video games such as Starcraft and Warcraft 3. Players each control three different heroes and have access to a tech tree that allows them to use different strategies each time they play.

The goal of the game is to destroy the opponent's base. To do this, players build up an army of units and heroes. Players determine the exact composition of their armies as they play by adding cards to their deck based on the tech they've chosen to pursue.
