Khaki in Flames introduces a whole slew of new units to World in Flames, such as NKVD divisions, flak, coastal fortifications, shipyards, home guards, garrison divisions, border troops, the Red Sea Flotilla and more. Khaki in Flames also upgrades all Commonwealth units from WIF and all previous expansions on an easy-to-read khaki background, and gives players territorials and Chinese warlords in new colors for when these units "switch sides".

Contents • 1200 full color counters • Rules for over a dozen new types of land, air, and naval units • One WIF Combat Chart
