Overview

Put your strategy and skill to the test in Fishing Party to become the first player to catch all six kinds of fish in the lake.

Game consists of 52 fish cards and 58 special cards and one die.

To start your fishing party, place six cards face up as the fishing supply store, and deal six cards to each player.

A player may take one of four actions:

1. Discard up to three cards and draw from the face down deck 2. Exchange up to three cards with the face up supply store 3. Play a special card 4. Play a fish card and try to catch it

As well, as a free action, a player may swap or play a new lure.

To catch a fish you must roll the die and match the die range for that fish type and the lure you are using. Some lures work better for each type of fish. Special cards can be used to steal fish from other players, break their rods or help you catch the biggest fish. Be careful not to draw the hook card or you may need the first aid kit.

The game ends when one player has caught one of each type of fish. To win, you must try to collect the most fish (2 points), the biggest single fish (2 points) and the total weight of your fish (1 point per pound).
