Overview
In Reisen (eng: The Travel / The Trip), the players travel through Nordic countries: Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Norway – by drafting transportation cards from the deck and using suitable ones for moving to the next town. There are five different ways of traveling: an airplane, a boat, a train, a bus and walking. Not every place can be reached via every method, so tactics are required. The player who makes the trip fastest and returns to his starting town wins the game.
The game was reimplemented in 2016 with the same name and the same core mechanic, but with several improvements/differences (modular board, Iceland included, trivia content, set collection etc.): see Resan.
