Overview

Combining the epic scope of Twilight Imperium with the excitement and adaptability of Starmada, The Sovereign Stars contains three major components:

First, the races of Twilight Imperium are fully defined within the Starmada rules system, including starship designs, weapons, and equipment. Second, it adapts the races outlined in the Starmada rulebook to Twilight Imperium, giving players the opportunity to decide the future of the Terran Empire, the Arcturan Federation, and the major players in the Starmada universe. Finally, The Sovereign Stars contains guidelines for linking tactical battles in Starmada with the strategic level of Twilight Imperium, letting players control the destiny of their empires at multiple levels of play.
