Overview

Hitler Turns South is an effort to link several Europa games into a single Campaign encompassing the entire Mediterranean Theater of Operations of World War II.

In this instance, the Campaign is based on the hypothesis that the Axis powers have turned their attention in 1941 not to invading the Soviet Union, but to securing their southern flank and simultaneously depriving Britain of vital interests: Gibraltar, the Nile delta, the Suez canal, the Near Eastern oilfields, and the head of the Persian Gulf.
