Overview

Extortion, corruption, murder. It's all in a day's work for the people who run Frank Miller's Sin City. "Violent" Marv, Detective John Hartigan, and Gail are cutting a swath through Sin City, and they've got agendas of their own. Maybe they'll play right into your hands and kill the men you need killed. Or maybe they'll ruin all your plans and deliver victory to your rivals. You'll need to be ruthless, underhanded, and vicious to win!

The board has twelve named locations sequenced around the body heap in the middle. Cops get distributed from one location, Creeps from another, and Dames from a third. There are also three tokens representing Hartigan, Gail, and Marv. During the course of the game, players will take actions with these characters, moving them the (full) roll of a die and then either killing, ignoring, or returning to start the various counter types there (for instance, Marv kills all Cops and Creeps, while Hartigan kills all Cops and sends all Dames back to Old Town, their starting space).

Each round starts with the players taking one token at a time from the three starting locations and moving them to any other location on the board. Once there are only five of the appropriate counter type in the starting spaces, an action card is flipped. The Gladys-holder follows the instructions on the card (moving more counters and taking an action with one or more of the characters, which will move or eliminate more counters). Then each player checks his or her goal card to see if it's fulfilled (have # Cops in the body heap, have at least # Creeps in # different spaces, etc.) If so, reveal it and get a new goal. Then empty the body heap to the start spaces and pass Gladys.

The first player to achieve three goals wins.
