Overview
The All Stop Resource is a participation prize given to players who participated in Month 3, "Baiting the Romulans," of the Star Trek: Attack Wing Storyline Organized Play Event, Klingon Civil War.
When using this resource, you place 5 Mission Tokens on it at the beginning of the game. Once per round, any one of your ships can choose to disregard it's chosen maneuver and instead not move (and skip it's action step). When you use this ability, you remove one Mission Token from the resource, and once all 5 tokens are spent, discard it.
It costs 5 SP.
