User summary バランスアイスキューブ (Balance Ice Cubes) is a simple dexterity game for children (or imbibing adults).

The hexagonal blocks of ice are mixed up and put in the frame. A penguin is placed in the centre of the ice. The active player spins the spinner and follows the action. You might knock out a block of either colour, or pass your turn as the penguin is sleeping. If you're unlucky, you have to knock out two blocks each in both colours!

The player who makes the penguin fall is the loser.

This game is made by ダイソー (Daiso) for sale in their chain of 100-yen shops across Japan. However, this game appears to cost 500 yen.
