Overview

"The Sword in the Forest" is a French and Indian War variant / expansion for "The Sword and the Flame". It is a skirmish level miniature war game. It is generally played with 25 or 28 mm figures.

The Game uses a card initiative system, where each side is assigned a color in a deck of cards and acts upon it being drawn. Play proceeds players moving unit after unit. Once movement ends, play proceeds to shooting.
