Thematic Neighborhood Sheet Packs serve as refill packs for the base game. They are more than just some pretty decorations for the neighborhood. These packs come with new ways to score as well! Includes 3 new city plans and 50 sheets of brand new art and mechanics.

Welcome To...: Summer Follow the truck to get more ice cream. Write numbers to move the ice cream trucks in each street. You get points for scoops of ice cream, and for each ice cream cone if you have the bonus in the street.
