The 5th Player expansion adds everything you'll need to play the base game and the other expansions with a 5th player including:

A new player hospital Extra nurse meeples Extra score tracker Extra Dice

The Helicopter from the Community Care expansion acts as ambulance '0' - the 6th ambulance for a 5 player game.

These will not be included in the retail version of the game but will be available to non backers at conventions and directly from the publisher's store at a much higher price.
