Overview

This is a fan expansion to Ticket to Ride, set in Biblical times in Israel and the surrounding areas. The map is designed for 2-4 players.

This version introduces special bonuses for "pilgrims" which are scored by the first person to link special cities to Jerusalem. There are 7 Pilgrims which each start out in respective cities on the board. These cities are distinguished by gold markers on the board. During the game, players may try to connect them to Jerusalem. During each game, the FIRST player to establish a route between a given pilgrim’s city and Jerusalem, will earn the pilgrim card, worth 2 points. At the end of the game, the player with the most pilgrim cards will earn the Temple Bonus, worth 10 points.

As this is a smaler board, routes can be crowded out quickly, especially around Jerusalem. Be sure to claim key routes early.

Pilgrims become a target for all players, so they are more likely to be competed over. There are no destination tickets directly to Jerusalem, but due to the Temple Bonus, the routes can crowd up quickly.
