The Hater A cynical veteran of the force that has seen one too many hostage situations.
The Chief The Chief is an important character who will appear throughout your Career campaign. Now you can take on a hostage situation with her in the driver’s seat.
Decide before the game begins if you would like to use a Negotiator card. You may select one of your choice or shuffle and take one at random. Each Negotiator card has a special ability that can only be used ONCE during the game.
