Overview
New citizens are coming to town!
When you add Novgorod: Neue Bürger to the Novgorod base game, sixteen citizens are dealt to the players. Place a citizen in a city you visit, and later visits will gain more income. Three citizens are replaced by a patrician that gains you seals when you produce luxury goods in that town.
If you do not take part in church building in your hometown, you will lose points in the game end scoring. The earlier you donate money to the church, the cheaper it is — but you need the money more urgently in the beginning, don't you?
