Overview
A four card highway divides Sprawlopolis. The city has been divided in two by a massive Interstate highway. Zoning rules don't allow you to cross the Interstate, so you must work with what you've got - a smaller, more competitive Sprawlopolis!
This expansion to Sprawlopolis adds a 4-card Interstate highway that divides your city into two halves (each time you play competitive, 3 cards are used to build the interstate, and 1 chosen at random is added as a scoring card to 2 scoring cards chosen from the base game).
Play options includes 2-player cooperative, 2-player competitive, and Solo. In solo, each turn you alternate which side you play on.
