Wizards of Mickey Gioco di Carte Collezionabili is a brand new Collectible Card Game licensed by Disney. It has been published in italian only in February 2008. Inspired by Disney comic books "Wizards of Mickey", in this game all-time popular Disney characters like Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, Goofy, but also popular villains like Pet-Leg-Pete, Magica De Spell, the Beagle Boys (for the first time-ever with names!), and the arch-villain Phantom Blot are all there, but with many new twist (an "evil" Mickey Mouse? a real self-determined Minnie or Daisy that will save the day? Pluto as a were-dog?). The game is an easy to learn collectible game, very fast (10-15 minutes for a single match), Teams of three wizards will challenge each other in magical castles, to obtain "diamagics" (magical gems that can also activate mage powers sometime). First team to grab 6 diamagics wins. Sounds easy? It is, but the game is deeper than it seems at a first glance! Beautiful Disney artworks illustrate a set of over 150 cards. The game will be available in french in August 2009.
