The third expansion for the Star Fleet Battles Commander's Edition, adding rules for the Fast Patrol Ships (or P/F's: from Pseudo Fighters in the Designer's Edition).
Includes Patrol Ships and Interceptors for the Klingons, Romulans, Kzinti, Gorn, Tholians, Orion Pirates, Hydrans, Lyrans, WYN, and ISC. It also has the projected P/F's for the Federation if they had built them.
Includes a 32 page SSD book, a 16 page rule/scenario book, and 216 die-cut counters.
