Overview

One World Dominion is an expansion for Risk. It's a set of 44 new territory cards that replace the standard territory cards. Players may collect sets of cards and trade them for armies or they may play cards individually to take the action stated on the card.

There are 44 different actions; one for each card. Some examples are: "Black Helicopters", "Mind Control", "United Nations", and "Ebola".
