Standard Opener Cultist with standard Yog-Sothoth and Dire Yog-Sothoth from the Dunwich Horror pack. Dire Yog is a good bit larger and definitely more far more detailed, but not quite as large as Dire Azathoth (i.e., Avatar Synthesis).
The whole Dunwich Horror Clan (Lavinia, Old Man, Wilbur, and Junior Whateley).
Junior Whateley (Dunwich Horror expansion) with Growth tokens. He requires tokens but doesn't actually include any, so I made some by re-casting frog tokens from the Hellboy boardgame (since they just look like a mound of tumors or pile of turds anyway).
