Overview
Furnace: Interbellum – Smiley Balloon Promo Card is additional double-sided Company card. The drawing on the card is inspired by the Westinghouse Atom Smasher. The card was distributed via Spielbox Magazine 2023 Issue #3.
Compensation effect: Gain 1 money OR discard 1 money to gain 1 oil. The players may divide their compensation transactions between these two options as they wish.
Basic delivery effect: Gain 1 Upgrade token once as soon as you receive the card in the auction (without waiting for the next card in the row to be resolved).
Upgraded effect: Discard 1 money to gain 1 oil up to 2 times.
The card uses effects from the Furnace: Interbellum expansion rules.
