Acrylogic (2023)

Overview

Acrylogic is a logic and deduction game on the theme of painting. Published in the form of a magazine, all you need is a pen and a brain to play it! Inspired by Sudoku, the objective of the game in Acrylogic is to solve puzzles in the form of 3x3 or 4x4 grids. Acrylogic can be played solo as well as with others in cooperation or competition. Using only numbers and colors, it is a universal game, without text.

In Acrologic, find the color and the amount of paint used in each of the 16 white squares. In each white square, write a number between 1 and 4, along with one of the following colors: yellow, blue, red or white (colorless). Each square is unique: there cannot be two identical squares with the same number and the same color.

The paint marks, made up of a number or of a color, located between the white squares, are clues that provide multiple information. If a paint mark indicates “5”, it means that one of the two white squares is a 2 and the other is a 3. If a paint mark indicates “green”, it means that one of the two white squares is yellow and the other is blue. Note: the color white is colorless. Consider it the same as the color of the adjacent square.

If you want to play Acrylogic in solo or in co-op with other players, you only need one Acrylogic magazine. Solve the grids at your own pace, in the order of your choice.

If you want to play Acrylogic with multiple players in competitive mode, each player will need their own Acrylogic magazine. In competitive play, players attempt to solve the same grid as quickly as possible, all at once. You must play all the grids in one magazine, one after the other, from the first to the last (in multiple rounds), with the same group of players.
