Tainted Grail: Kings of Ruin – Lost Chapters (2024)

Overview

Discover two distinct adventures outside of the central Tainted Grail: Kings of Ruin story campaign in the "Lost Chapters" series, specifically designed for 1-4 players. Each adventure, "Knight’s Wager" and "Quest for Igraine’s Tomb" offers a unique narrative that unfolds over 2-4 hours of gameplay with multiple paths and endings to explore. "Knight’s Wager" is based on the legend of the Green Knight and lets players unravel the mystery behind his strange appearance in a Lothian border keep. "Quest for Igraine’s Tomb" takes players to the tomb of Arthur's mother and lets them discover previously unknown lore related to the Royal Family and the Brotherhood of the Kingseekers.

Both chapters adhere to the established Tainted Grail: Kings of Ruin game rules and feature fairly difficult encounters. These adventures are not recommended for players new to the Tainted Grail series due to their complexity and challenge level. Before beginning either chapter, ensure any ongoing campaigns are carefully saved, noting all gained Advanced cards. Return all components used in the ongoing campaign to the box, as both Lost Chapters may require some of these elements.
