Overview
The Batman Who Laughs is the villainous alternate version of Bruce Wayne from Earth-22 in the Dark Multiverse. He is a Batman who murdered the Joker only to be driven insane and adopt the Joker's sadistic anarcho-nihilistic personality for himself, obsessed with corrupting others into the worst version of themselves.
This expansion adds the Batman Who Laughs to the game.
