The Feds: New Orleans City Card (2024)

Overview

New city card given to backers of the game during the Kickstarter campaign.

CRIMINALS SET UP AND UTILITY TOKEN RULES

At game start, place only 6 criminals on each location and leave the remainder in the bag. Also, place 1 utility token on each location: 2 face-up and 2 face-down. At game end, the player with the most strength at a location wins the token and scores its value in points.

SIREN TOKENS RULES

At game start, place 1 random siren token on each location. After Step 2, if a location has a number of field agents equal to or higher than the number on the siren token, the player with the most strength (no ties) arrests any 1 criminal from that location. Then, remove the siren token.

CLARIFICATIONS

Infiltrate: If the flipped mole is a special agent, the player flipping the card uses the power and the owning player does not (unless the player taking the turn has flipped her own card). Patrol: A player should not try to "feel" the criminal tokens to pick a particular type.
