Overview

In Jewel Box, players will be collecting and placing unique beetles from 5 different beetle families: Jewels, Longhorns, Scarabs, Ladybugs, and Weevils. Within each of the 5 families are 15 unique beetles.

Each turn, players will roll the dice and take the corresponding beetle from the log. After collecting their beetle, they will place it in front of them. Each newly collected beetle must be placed adjacent to an already placed beetle in front of them, slowly forming a 4x4 grid (their personal Jewel Box). Each beetle scores points in a unique way depending on how/where it's placed in a player's Jewel Box.

Collect & Place 16 Beetles in a 4x4 grid. Points are scored uniquely for each family of Beetles and from any unused Tool Tokens. The player with the most points wins!
