Overview

For noble missions, there’s the Justice League, the Justice Society of America, or other heroic groups. For those shady missions the government doesn’t want people to know about, Amanda Waller gathered the most useful villains she was able to find in prison, stuck a nano-bomb in their head, and set them off on their task with the promise of a commuted sentence.
