Overview

Dragon Ball: Deckbuilding Game is a Boardgame with the main mechanic of Deckbulding. Players can use the main characters of Dragon Ball to fight against Villains.

Every Foe can different mechanic. The game is being implemented in phases and is currently in the first phase.

The Aeons End is the main reference for its creation as well as a tribute to the master Akira Toriyama.

Similarities with Aeons End:

It is a cooperative Deckbuilding in which players face a villain. The villain is played alone by an AI which can be your own deck or another mechanic. Player turns are determined by a turn order deck in most scenarios. Enemies may have minions that activate on the villain's turn.

Differences with Aeons End:

The market is made by shuffling 5 decks. There are two types of attack: energy and physical. Energy attacks have a casting time. Energy attacks can be boosted. You can buy/steal dragon balls and make wishes. Characters can have allies, equipment and training. Characters have levels and are not balanced against each other. Enemies have levels. If a character dies he is eliminated from the game until he is resurrected. It has 1vs1 mode. It will have a campaign mode.
