Overview

Trekking the National Parks is a family board game where you’ll experience the national parks in a fun and competitive way. Compete for points by camping at parks and collecting trail stones as you race across the country. Every card features a gorgeous park photograph and interesting facts that will inspire you to explore the protected natural wonders of the USA.

Third Edition updates include: • New Solo Mode cards included (Play as the bear and race the Trekkers to visit parks before they overrun the campsites with their tents!) • The action “Claim a Park Card” is now called “Explore a Park” • The action “Occupy a Major Park” is now called “Camp at a Major Park” • Ties for Most and 2nd Most of a stone color are now friendly (no more cancellations) • The Most and 2nd Most stone bonus cards have been removed. In their place, the new scorepad will tally these points and allow for tracking ties between multiple players • New artwork by Eric Hibbeler • Major Parks cards are now cardboard tiles • New stone molds • Added park photography by Johnathan Irish • Expanded park write-ups on the backs of all Park cards • New scorepad
