Promo Card, which was included in the Kickstarter for Prelude 2, but will also be available in limited quantities at select board game conventions.
Kaguya Tech is an automated card with City and Plant tags.
Increase your M€ production 2 steps. Draw 1 card. Remove 1 of your greenery tiles (does not affect oxygen). Place a city tile there, regardless of other restrictions. Gain placement bonuses as usual.
