Overview

The Clans changed the nature of warfare forever when they unleashed their giant, genetically modified warriors in powered battlesuits capable of inflicting significant damage against BattleMechs. The Inner Sphere rushed to respond, and soon a new battlesuit accompanied Great House armies into the field. This suit soon became known as the Inner Sphere Standard, field by a host of militaries and mercenaries alike.
