Overview
The city of Kalena is in vigorous expansion. Every day there's a new task awaiting perceivers; this will bring glory and fame to the perceiver who completes t, but more importantly, prosperity and well-being to the city and its inhabitants! In Step 10 of the Setup (page 10 of the Rulebook), assign each player the Promo Assignment Card of their color in addition of those available.
Effect: Gain 4 Value for each Region in which there is at least one of your Windmills, one of your Lumberyards, one of your Mines, and one your Norias.
