First card-pack expansion for the "World of Heroes and Tyrants" board game. Consists of a new character (Froll, starts in Flint, IN 4 FT 8 ST 4 DX 5 HP 50 SB 11, advantage is to start the game with five slaves) and forty Encounter Cards (fifteen gray, fifteen yellow, and ten red).
This expansion's designer is uncredited but is presumably Bruce P. Dowrie, designer of the main game.
