Overview

Tsukuru Ten Ten(Make 10 Marten) is a Mahjong style set collection game in which 2 to 4 players race to build a hand of red and blue number tiles which is equivalent to exatcly 10 in value.

In a round, each player is dealt a starting hand of 7 tiles and can take one of 3 actions:

Draw a new tile and discard a tile from the hand Take the last tile from another player's discard to form an open set, then discard a tile Take the last tile from another player's discard to declare a winning hand with all 8 tiles

The sets are built from tiles of the same color, with additional 4 Marten tiles having wild color that can be either red or blue. There 3 kinds of sets:

3 consecutive red tiles can be treated as the largest value of the set 3 consecutive blue tiles can be treated as the smallest value of the set 3 tiles of equal value can be treated as 0

The game ends when each player has played 2 rounds as a dealer, or any player has scored a total of 25 points. The score awarded at the end of each round is based on the winning player's position and, in the advanced variant, the composition of the winning hand.
