Overview

One day, the world changed forever. Civilization collapsed, and now all that remains rests on the backs of the Colossi — gigantic creatures roaming in our post-apocalyptic wastelands. Their magnificent cities are the only place where water flows and trees grow. Their stately buildings, filled with knowledge and treasures, refuse to welcome us, so we roam our wastelands, hunting for a future. We are children of the Colossi.

Children of the Colossi is a Euro-style, dudes-on-a-map game in which players are tribes competing to harvest the eggs and tame the newborn of the Colossi so that they might grow a new home and rise above the ashes.

During the game, players hang-glide between the dynamic map and the modular Colossi boards, racing to collect precious eggs, hatch newborns, and outmaneuver their rivals. Your units are your most vital resource as every placement and movement matters. Send your envoys up into the cities to gain benefits and influence for your tribe, or glide them down into the wastes below to compete for eggs that the Colossi lay on their wanderings. As the map fills with eggs, the tension rises. Newborns hatch, and players clash in clever contests of positioning and card play with no destruction and no direct attacks — only smart, tactical maneuvers to claim victory.

Each of the five Colossi and their cities offer a unique chain of powerful actions and unlock unique banner cards to fuel your strategy, with only three Colossi appearing in each game.
